About this place
The apartment is located ten minutes away from Corfu town centre and two minutes from the idyllic / picturesque Garitsa Bay where you can find plenty of restaurants/bars and fish tavernas.
The apartment can sleep up to three people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and at the living room the sofa could also be used as a single bed.
There is also a large Kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment , which is at the second floor of the building and can reached by stairs, has its own balcony where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or tea.
The airport is less than ten minutes away by walking and two minutes away by car. Parking is available free of charge just outside of the apartment.
Some notes from the Host
New Environmental Fee:
Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented. This fee is charged per apartment, per night, and its amount varies based on the period of stay. For the apartment , it amounts to €1.5 per night from March to October and €0.50 per night from November to February.
Collection Process: The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.
