A perfect place for relaxation. This typical Corfiot style house is located in a very quiet rural and relaxed area of Corfu. A perfect place for relaxation and recharging your batteries
The house is situated in the area between Messonghi and Boukari south of Corfu, Greece. The house can sleep 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large Kitchen and Living room. One bedroom has 2 single beds which could become one and the other bedroom has a double bed . The house is completely equipped. Linens are provided .
The area close to the house is ideal for those who are looking for relaxing holidays for families with children as well as for couples.. The balcony of the house is very big with sea view and there you can relax or enjoy your dinner. There is plenty of space around the house with huge olive trees , cypress trees , nature at its best. Parking is available free of charge as well as internet wifi.
The house is 24km away from the Corfu airport / port and 150metres from the sea. The nearest village (Messonghi ) is 2.7km away with everything you need (super markets , bars ,restaurants, Bus Stop ,organised beach with a variety of water sports, Pharmacy, Medical Doctors etc. The nearest tavernas are approx. 600metres close to Boukari with traditional Greek environment and food .
As the house is located in a countryside/rural area to rent a car is strongly suggested for your transportation
All of the good beaches of the island are very close to the house.

Dear Guests,
Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, will be implemented.
The fee applies to all bookings with a check-in date after January 1, 2024.
Fee Details: This fee is charged per House, per night, and its amount varies based on the period of stay. For this House , it amounts to €1.5 per night from March to October and €0.50 per night from November to February.
Collection Process: The fee will be collected from guests upon check-in. Please be aware that this fee is mandatory as per the new legislation.
